Software Support AnalystWe're finishing off this year with a new role at one of our long term software clients in Dublin. They're hiring a Software Support Analyst to support business-critical, web-based platforms used by enterprise customers in regulated industries.Day to Day:Provide application and software support for web platformsOwn issues end to end: reproduce, log, escalate, and resolveWork closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot bugsSupport customers via email, phone, and chatManage multiple support tickets and prioritiesTake part in an on-call rota when requiredTech Stack:React, TypeScript, JavaScriptC#, .NET CorePostgreSQL, REST APIsAzure DevOps, Git (Azure exposure a plus)Experience required:6–12 months' experience in software or product supportStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsBasic debugging (.NET), SQL awareness, and understanding of web protocolsExperience using ticketing systemsConfident communicator with a customer-focused mindsetThe role is a hybrid role based in Dublin.
