We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate and conduct process reviews, ensuring alignment with firmwide requirements.
This role involves identifying improvement opportunities across Reliability processes and controls, engaging with team leads for prioritization.
The successful candidate will facilitate sprint planning for the Governance & Transformation team, scope the correct controls for review in line with leadership priorities.
As a risk & controls SME, you will hold your own in conversations with other teams and mentor junior members.
You will interface with risk pillar leads to understand upcoming changes to technology controls and procedures, undertake applicability assessments, and develop implementation plans.
This role also involves analyzing emerging issues across Lines of Business to assess their impact on Reliability processes and controls.
Responsibilities include performing pre-validation and sustainability monitoring of resolved issues, utilizing control KPIs.
Key responsibilities include streamlining efforts, enhancing messaging to stakeholders by producing high-quality content, and automating repetitive processes to achieve efficiencies.
