Client Overview:
1. SME, farming, and sole trader clients
2. Services: accounts prep, corporation tax, bookkeeping, VAT (monthly), advisory & systems support
3. High client engagement – not just year-end compliance
Role Requirements:
4. Technical: Strong accounting background; ideally familiar with Xero, Bright App, Bright Books (or adaptable to new systems)
5. Personal: Strong communicator, relationship builder, client-facing skills
6. Leadership: Manage & develop a team (3 part-qualified + 1 qualified
7. Growth mindset with progression potential
Team & Structure:
8. Reports to and works closely with partners
9. Leads and trains team of 4 accountants
