The Opportunity: The role involves providing comprehensive LMS processes supporting the business in maintaining quality products for patients. This includes managing record compliance with GMP standards and delivering efficient training administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform daily LMS administration, support training record management (on-site and off-site), and respond to end-user queries.
2. Generate LMS KPIs and compliance reports; ensure audit readiness with accurate learning data and documentation.
3. Collaborate with third-party providers and internal teams to resolve system issues and support LMS optimization and process improvements.
4. Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, raising POs, preparing materials, and communication.
5. Maintain accurate training records, support trainers, and handle data tracking, reporting, and compliance documentation.
6. Assist in developing training content and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
* Familiarity with LMS, experience in GMP environments, and background in training administration, HR, or related roles is advantageous.
* Education: Minimum Level 6 Qualification in a related area, ECDL, Microsoft Office, or equivalent.
Additional Information:
* Position based in Tralee, Ireland.
* Requires 100% on-site presence.
