Realtime Recruitment are seeking a skilled Business Analyst on behalf of a top client, to strengthen the team’s capability in business-focused analysis. This is not a technical (IT) BA role; instead, the position is centred on working closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to shape, define, and document business requirements with clarity and precision.
You must hold a Stamp 4 or EU passport to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Managers and business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate requirements
Translate business needs into clear, structured, and comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Ensure requirements are well-articulated, unambiguous, and aligned with project objectives
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to elicit detailed business requirements
Act as a bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding
Support the refinement and prioritisation of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Key Requirements
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial services
Strong experience in producing high-quality BRDs and structured documentation
Proven ability to work closely with Project Managers and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
Experience working in regulated financial environments
Familiarity with business process modelling and improvement
Exposure to change management or transformation initiatives
