Site Operations Manager
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day activities of a direct labour workforce and specialist sub-contractors, with a maximum team size of 20 personnel.
* Lead and oversee project construction and maintenance operations.
* Develop method statements and risk assessments to ensure safe working practices.
* Conduct setting out work, including levelling, Total-station, and GPS activities, in accordance with provided drawings and specifications.
* Assist in evaluating Section 50 and Minor Works applications.
* Monitor works progress and ensure they align with design drawings and specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A level 7 degree in Civil Engineering under the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) or equivalent.
* At least 3 years' experience working as a main contractor on civil engineering projects.
* Holding a current SafePass Card.
* A valid driving licence.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and IT skills.
* The right to work within the EU.
