Key Account Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Key Account Sales Manager to support the growth of our business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and managing sales within the divisions, ensuring agreed quarterly and annual sales targets are delivered.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial skills, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills. They will be able to build effective relationships with customers, negotiate contracts, and motivate their team to hit targets.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing territory sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Managing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborating with stakeholders across the Group to achieve business objectives.
* Providing strategic direction and day-to-day support to the team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree preferred.
* Proven sales calibre and sales growth driven.
* Strong commercial skills, including sales and territory analysis, budget management, and problem solving using data.
* Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory.
* Product or procedural knowledge in medical devices is required.
* Excellent written, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Ability to effectively use CRM systems in everyday tasks.
