About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Ireland team. This position will play an important role in further expanding our solar business in Ireland.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for sales team during early communication with customers, and cooperate with regional sales to promote products and systems;
* Responsible for technical consultation and training for regional dealers, installers and potential customers;
* Collaborate with the marketing team in strategic planning and implementation of regional marketing activities (exhibitions, forums, product training, seminars, etc);
* Collect regional market & product information, and make contributions to product development and planning.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or above, major in power electronics or automation;
* Have 2 years above working experience in Energy Storage Products, Household Batteries, Inverters, EV Chargers and other photovoltaic-related products.
Required Skills
* Good at communication, speech, collaboration and problem-solving skills;
* Overall planning ability to control the whole progress of activities.
