Duties & Responsibilities
Using the IT and software tools plan, prepare and circulate care schedules to Carers and Regional Centres throughout Ireland.
Support and assist Regional Area management throughout Ireland with ensuring suitable Carer capacity is available and efficiently utilized and supported.
Ensure effective and up to date communication to Regional Centres on schedule status and planning.
Participate in and contribute to the strategic management of Home Care through consistent application of Home Care standards and policies.
Liaise effectively with the home Care all across Ireland.
Meet and exceed all Home Care Key Performance Indicators
Responsible for ensuring that Home Care Health and Safety policies and procedures are applied at all times – a safe working environment is our priority.
Ensure that the requirements of the Data Protection Act (and any subsequent revisions of the Act) are met in full especially in relation to HSE, Client and Care Records
Flexibility to take responsibility for all reasonable duties that support the provision of the highest level of care by Home Care client
Requirements
Proven experience as a cooperative and collaborative colleague in a busy office environment.
Solid knowledge of IT, PC Skills and reporting.
Familiarity with and strong knowledge of Social Media.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Well organized, innovative and process and deadline driven.
Excellent written & Oral communication skills
An ability to make a difference.
