We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Tax Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple clients across various sectors. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.
* Manage the full payroll cycle for multiple clients (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls).
* Process starters, leavers, and statutory leave (sick leave, maternity, paternity, etc.).
* Submit payroll data and process through Revenue's PAYE Modernisation system using ROS.
* Calculate PAYE, PRSI, USC, LPT, BIK, and pension contributions accurately.
* Prepare and issue payslips, P45 equivalents, and year‑end statements.
* Handle payroll queries from clients and employees in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with CSO returns and Revenue audits where applicable.
Key Requirements:
* Third-level degree or similar qualification.
* Experience in a similar role desirable.
* Part qualification from one of the Accountancy bodies.
* Basic knowledge / experience of both corporate and personal tax computations.
* Highly motivated with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
* Good technical skills.
* Positive can-do attitude and a team player.
* Team player with strong communication and leadership potential.
