This is a hands-on supervisory role on a rotational basis over six days per week, including weekends and very early morning starts .Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support cleaning teams across designated client sitesEnsure all cleaning duties are carried out to high standards and schedulesProvide training, direction, and motivation to cleaning staffManage cleaning supplies and equipmentEnsure adherence to health and safety regulationsAct as a point of contact for both staff and clientsRequirements :Previous supervisory experience in the cleaning or facilities sectorStrong organizational and leadership abilitiesAbility to work early mornings and weekends as part of a rosterExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsRight to work in Ireland is requiredA proactive and professional attitudeWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly rate of €15.30, plus premium pay for SundaysA supportive and experienced teamTrainingOpportunities for growth and developmentTo Apply :Interested applicants may submit their CV.Job Type: Part-timePay: €15.30-€16.30 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 23 per weekBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
