Team/Role OverviewThe KYC Operations Analyst is an entry‑level position that participates in Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective is to assist in developing and managing a dedicated internal KYC program at Citi.What you’ll doPartner with Relationship Management and Compliance teams to assist with the preparation, development, due diligence and approval of the electronic Know Your Client (KYC) record and supporting appendices.Create and maintain KYC records by obtaining information from internal and external sources (firm website, regulatory websites, etc.).Update system information from initiation to approval of KYC record and report workflow progress to supervisor.Validate the information within KYC records and Customer Identification Program (CIP) documents to ensure completion and accuracy.Ensure KYC records incorporate local regulatory requirements / Global Business Support Unit (BSU) Standards.Maintain BSU tool.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.What we’ll need from youPrevious relevant KYC experience preferred.Ability to work well under pressure and tight time frames.Ability to work as a team player.Analytical and good organisational skills are an asset.Experience in control/risk, Compliance (AML/KYC) or Customer Service function is an asset.A willingness to learn and manage in a constantly changing environment.Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.What we can offer youBy joining Citi Dublin, you will be part of a hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week) and receive a competitive base salary (annually reviewed) and a host of additional benefits that support you and your family to be well, live well, and save well.Primary Location: Dublin, Ireland.
