Location: Monaghan- Permanent - Monday - Friday Salary Euro (role can be paid in Euro or Sterling) + Fantastic Benefits + Van In your new role: Act as a hands-on manager, operating as the sole member of the Health & Safety department Manage all administrative tasks and respond to health and safety-related queries Conduct staff inductions and deliver toolbox talks Prepare and maintain Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs) Carry out internal audits and site visits Liaise with clients and senior management during site visits and meetings Maintain and update company health and safety policies Train staff on health and safety procedures and compliance Serve as the first point of contact for all health and safety issues Provide regular health and safety reports to the senior leadership team What you will need to succeed: Minimum 4 years in Health & Safety Positions Desired Criteria: Electrical / Mechanical or Construction Health & Safety experience preferred but not essential Contact @ Jack Groves via Vanrath for more information, or apply.
