About Your New Job Project administration: Support the development of our client's Media Literacy and User Education function. Administrative support: Provide high-standard administrative support for public awareness campaigns and other activities. Project tracking: Draft and update project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Research and event support: Conduct desk research and provide operational support for events such as seminars, webinars, and conferences. Meeting management: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage records. Procurement support: Assist with procurement processes as needed. Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with partners, including Media Literacy Ireland, to support network objectives. Process improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop practical suggestions. Liaison: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as required. What Skills You Need Project delivery experience: Strong administrative, operational, and organisational skills. Time management: Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail. Interpersonal skills: Experience working with stakeholders at all levels. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Media literacy understanding: Commitment to the role of media literacy in supporting citizen empowerment. Public service commitment: Drive to deliver high-quality public service. Computer literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office. Desirable Skills Software knowledge: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Excel proficiency: Good knowledge of Excel. Social media skills: Experience in content creation and communication. Adaptability: Experience thriving in an evolving organisation. Process design: Experience in designing and setting up new processes and procedures. Irish language proficiency: Knowledge of the Irish language.
