The successful candidate will play a key role in managing BIM processes across multiple M&E projects, ensuring accurate coordination, model integrity and compliance with company and client BIM standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate M&E models across disciplines to ensure clash-free, fully integrated designs.Develop, maintain, and manage 3D models using Revit, Plant 3D, and Navisworks (or similar software).Produce coordinated installation drawings, fabrication models, and as-built documentation.Support project teams in implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and company BIM protocols.Conduct model reviews and clash detection, issuing reports and following up on resolutions.Collaborate closely with design consultants, main contractors and site teams to ensure design intent and buildability.Maintain accurate model data and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and client-specific requirements.Provide BIM-related technical support and training to project and site teams.Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of company BIM workflows, templates and standards.RequirementsDegree or diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture or related field.Minimum 2+ years' experience in BIM coordination within the M&E contracting or design environment.Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage and AutoCAD.Experience with Autodesk Plant 3D considered a strong advantage.Experience with BIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) or similar CDE platforms.Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems and construction processes.Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and progression within a respected M&E contractor.Exposure to high-profile projects across Ireland.Supportive, collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation, teamwork and quality.Commitment to continuous improvement and digital transformation across all projects.
