Design evaluation and silicon bring-up, including first-silicon characterization, root-cause analysis, and driving corrective iterations
Design and development for RF products across various process and packaging technologies
Development of methods and solutions, contributing to improved design approaches, models, or workflows where appropriate
Project and cross-functional leadership, including clear technical communication to enable alignment across organizational lines
Documentation and communication, producing required reports and communicating results and recommendations clearly
Mentorship, guiding the technical growth and professional behaviors of lower-level engineers through coaching and technical direction

Experience in circuit design environments such as Cadence and ADS
Skills in electromagnetic simulators such as EMPro and/or HFSS (plus)
Experience with test equipment and RF characterization (plus)
Strong technical judgment and ability to develop resolutions to complex problems involving in-depth analysis and variable factors
