About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Inbound Chat Sales Representative. If you have a passion for engaging with customers, have proficiency in German, and enjoy contributing to sales growth, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent the company, promoting products and services while fostering interest and understanding
* Communicate technical and business value propositions clearly and effectively via chat
* Manage multiple chat sessions and web applications simultaneously with professionalism and efficiency
* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance objectives
* Rapidly acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience (telesales or B2B sales preferred)
* Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2) – strong verbal and written communication skills required
* Tech-savvy, with a keen interest in innovative and emerging technology
* Ability to quickly articulate value propositions via chat (prior chat sales experience preferred)
* Strong understanding of cloud-based technology, including cloud storage and file synchronization
