About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading the store team to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
You will be responsible for leading by example, providing guidance and support to your team members, and ensuring that our store standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
* Take responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders, including keyholder responsibilities
* Be a positive role model and promote our values of Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork, and Integrity
* Train, manage, and support your team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
Requirements:
* Previous retail experience, with at least 6 months at a supervisory level
* Natural ability to listen, interact, and communicate with customers and team members
* Target-driven and focused on continuous improvement
* Able to inspire everyone to do their best for each other and the customer
