The Role:
* Advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, and property finance.
* Draft and negotiate leases, contracts, and related real estate documentation.
* Conduct due diligence, title review, and planning checks.
* Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver integrated legal advice.
* Support clients on commercial real estate matters from instruction to completion.
* Experience in construction or development-related work is an advantage but not essential.
The Person:
* Qualified Solicitor with 1–5 years' PQE in commercial property.
* Solid experience handling property transactions independently.
* Excellent communication, drafting, and client management skills.
* Commercially aware, proactive, and detail-focused with strong teamwork ethos.
