to offer a 6 month work placement across our business. During the 6-month period, participants are supported to deliver impactful work on client and internal projects and gain experience within the Irish market. You will also partake in coaching to explore career growth areas and join our community to build a network.
This 6-month work placement programme will begin with Deloitte Ireland in Dublin from September 2025. Successful candidates will be paid for duration of the internship.

What you will be doing:
You will work closely with our experienced team to understand client and business challenges, create innovative solutions and support our clients on their transformation journeys. Your role will involve:
* Working closely with team members to solve client challenges in the areas of change management, strategic communications, workforce planning, organisation design, learning and development, and overall HR strategy.
* Supporting your team in producing quality deliverables to meet deadlines.
* Helping to manage administrative tasks (e.g., writing emails, scheduling meetings) and keeping project documentation well-organised.
* Conducting analysis to determine client needs/recommendations using a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology.
* Supporting a number of internal Human Capital initiatives as required.
* Participating in structured training programmes for your own professional development.
* Conducting relevant research, data analysis and creating reports and presentations.
* Setting personal learning goals and working towards growing professionally.
* Helping with other administrative tasks and projects requirements when needed.
What we're looking for:

* Standard English proficiency

* MS Office literacy
* HR process knowledge is an advantage, but not required
* Experience and/or degree or equivalent in human resources, psychology, business administration, social sciences, or a related field will be a plus

Requirements:
