A leading Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial performance of key packages on a residential project in North Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
* Conduct feasibility studies to assess the project potential and financial viability
* Oversight of procurement process, including tender valuations, contract negotiation, and management of subcontractors
