Job Description:
The role involves hands-on experience managing real projects, collaborating with industry experts, and taking on responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning & Coordination: Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce to plan, schedule, and make decisions that drive progress.
* Site Management: Take responsibility for certain projects or parts of projects under guidance, supporting daily activities and coordinating with teams to deliver successful outcomes.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with regulations.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain top-tier quality on-site by implementing the latest tools and technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a Degree qualification in Construction Management, good IT skills, and be willing to learn and develop their career.
