Job Title: ICT Cabling Technician

Location: Unit 48, Eastlink Business Park, Ballysimon Road, Limerick - V94R773 / and various locations around Limerick County and Region as client's necessities.
Salary: €34,000 per year
Working Hours: 39h per week
Key Responsibilities:
•Install and route CAT6A and fibre optic cabling in commercial and industrial environments.
•Perform termination and connectorisation of network infrastructure components.
•Conduct testing and quality assurance of installed cabling systems to meet technical and safety standards.
•Collaborate with construction and technical teams to ensure efficient project execution.
•Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
•Prepare surfaces and apply insulation materials where required, leveraging electromechanical knowledge.
Requirements:
•Desirable experience in structured cabling installation, including CAT6A and fibre optics, however training will be provided.
•Knowledge of network infrastructure standards and cabling best practices.
•Ability to use testing equipment for cable certification and troubleshooting.
•Strong teamwork and communication skills.
•Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and relevant safety certifications.
•Background in Electromechanical Technology or similar technical field is an advantage.
