HRM are partnering with a high-performing trading and technology firm experiencing an exciting phase of growth. With a 20-person recruitment team primarily focused on graduate hiring, this newly created role will support their dynamic Trading division, taking ownership of hiring senior traders. Based onsite in Dublin, you'll collaborate directly with some of the best traders and technologists in Europe to shape hiring strategy, build talent pipelines, and deliver top talent in highly competitive markets such as London and across Europe.
This is a high-impact role offering significant visibility, senior stakeholder engagement, and the opportunity to influence senior hiring within a collaborative, innovative, and growing organisation. You will play a key role in shaping hiring strategy, optimising recruitment processes, and enhancing the employer brand. The Executive Recruiter must be passionate about recruiting in fast-paced, high-performance environments and excel at building strong, lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver recruitment strategies for experienced and specialist roles.
* Proactively source senior talent through market mapping, networking, and social media.
* Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Partner with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR to align recruitment with business needs.
* Manage agency relationships while driving more direct hiring.
* Contribute to the firm's talent brand through targeted content and employer branding initiatives.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies.
Experience
* 7+ years' recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
* Proven success recruiting for trading, quantitative, or front-office technology roles in HFT, investment banking, or hedge fund settings.
* Deep understanding of the trading talent landscape and ability to engage with highly selective candidate pools.
* Strong track record managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and agency collaboration.
* Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
* Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
* Third-level degree in a relevant field.
