Kilkenny Limestone is a leading producer of Irish Blue Limestone, supplying premium-quality stone to prestigious construction projects worldwide. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance, consistency, and excellence across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for all business levels.
* Provide HR support and guidance on performance management, employee relations, and best practice processes.
* Assist with employee relations (ER) issues, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
* Maintain accurate HR records and systems, including new hires, leavers, absences, and payroll changes.
* Prepare and communicate updates on employee benefits, policy changes, and internal announcements.
* Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the Finance team.
* Produce regular HR and management reports.
* Assist in the planning of company events and engagement activities.
* Manage relationships with external recruitment and service partners.
* Ensure all HR documentation and policies are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
Key Requirements
* 3–5 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail with strong IT proficiency (HRIS, MS Office).
* Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
