Lead Residential Services Team
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a residential service supporting Deaf clients in North Dublin.
About the Role
The successful candidate will lead a team of staff, ensuring 24/7 support and care for residents. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a residential service, promoting independence and well-being among residents.
* Developing and delivering effective budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
* Overseeing daily activities, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
* Recruiting, training, and managing a team of staff, promoting professional growth and development.
* Collaborating with external agencies and services to enhance resident care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* A relevant 3rd level qualification in healthcare, such as Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in people management, preferably in a residential service setting.
* A full driving license.
* Desirable: ISL skills, management/leadership qualifications, and experience working with Deafness.
