Key decision-maker for the salary review process.* Managing and directing individuals within the relevant groups, usually through relevant direct reports.* Participating in developing/provides input and support to the strategic plan and budge management process.* Providing additional leadership support within large specialized groupsThe ideal candidate should have a fair amount of the following skills & experience:* Prior experience in a leadership management function within AML, Compliance, or Audit.* Leadership and organizational skills are required to develop periodic goals and to manage and motivate team members towards the goals set.* Excellent oral and written communication skills are required* Highly flexible and adaptable to change* A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required**Working with Us:**As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
