Job Title: Audit Senior

Job Overview:

As an Audit Senior, you will play a pivotal role in leading audit engagements for a diverse and expanding client base. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and Manage Audits: Oversee the planning, execution, and finalization of audits, delivering exceptional service to a variety of clients within different industries.
2. Client Relationships: Be the main point of contact for clients during the audit process, building strong, professional relationships and offering valuable insights.
3. Supervise Audit Teams: Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior auditors, helping develop their skills and fostering their growth within the firm.
4. Prepare Financial Statements: Review and ensure the accuracy of financial statements in line with applicable accounting principles and audit standards.
5. Ensure Compliance: Stay up to date with regulatory changes and ensure all audits comply with the latest laws and standards.
6. Risk Assessment: Identify audit risks and take proactive steps to mitigate potential issues, ensuring efficient audit procedures.
7. Prepare Reports: Write clear, concise audit reports, detailing findings, key issues, and recommendations for improvement.
8. Manage Budgets and Timelines: Ensure audits are completed on time and within budget, maintaining efficiency and quality.
9. Develop and Implement Audit Procedures: Contribute to the development and refinement of audit strategies, tools, and best practices to enhance audit delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Certification: CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is required.
3. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of audit experience, ideally with exposure to a Big 4 or similar public accounting firm.
4. Leadership: Proven ability to lead audit engagements, supervise teams, and effectively manage client relationships.
5. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting.
