We're scaling quickly and reshaping expectations, making this an exciting time to join a fast-growing team with a big mission.This is your opportunity to join a high-growth, early-stage business backed by experienced entrepreneurs and innovators.About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, relationship-orientedChannel & Trade Marketing Specialistto support the delivery of our brand strategy and activation across B2B2C environments — including healthcare providers, brokers, and corporate partners. This person will play a key role in enabling acquisition and engagement through partner marketing, supporting co-branded campaigns, and delivering B2B tools and collateral.You will report to theHead of Marketing and Customer Experience, and collaborate closely with the Commercial, Provider Engagement, Product, and Operations teams.What You'll Be DoingChannel MarketingDevelop and implement go-to-market plans for provider and corporate partner acquisition channelsCreate and maintain marketing toolkits for intermediaries and providers (brochures, explainer decks, digital assets)Support onboarding and engagement initiatives with providers and brokers by tailoring content and presentations to their needsWork with internal teams to craft trade-specific value propositions and messagingCoordinate with partners to enable co-branded marketing efforts, including digital assets, print materials, and eventsManage the creation of sales enablement tools for internal and partner teamsPartner with the digital team to optimise partner onboarding journeys and resource access via portals or micrositesTrade Communications & EventsPlan and execute trade marketing events, workshops, webinars, and roadshowsDevelop trade email campaigns and nurture journeys aligned with partner lifecycleTrack and manage trade campaign performance, reporting back to stakeholders on impact and next stepsMonitor industry activity and competitor engagement tactics, feeding insights into future planningCollaboration & Internal EnablementWork with Commercial and Provider Engagement teams to understand evolving channel needsSupport training sessions with internal stakeholders to align them on marketing messaging and assetsAssist with localisation and tailoring of central campaigns to suit different corporate and provider segmentsManage and maintain the Level Health documentation portfolio - ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand and compliance standardsWhat We're Looking For3+ years' experience in trade, channel, or B2B marketing (experience in health, insurance or financial services preferred)A relevant third level qualification or post-graduate qualification is preferable but if not you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in marketing / communications rolesDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships with B2B stakeholders, including account managers, business development, and external partnersStrong copywriting and presentation skills - ability to translate complex products into compelling, partner-facing messagesHighly organised and capable of juggling multiple campaigns, channels and stakeholdersExperience producing or managing the production of print and digital sales toolsFamiliarity with CRM and CMS toolsSelf-starter with a passion for building marketing from the ground up in a fast-paced, agile environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWhy Work With Us?Working with experienced and savvy entrepreneurs, you will have the opportunity to learn from the most successful business people in their field.
