Site Manager
Location: Cork | Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: €60,000 – €75,000 (up to €80,000 for the right person)

The Role
A Site Manager role focused on delivering renewable energy projects safely and on schedule. You’ll take full ownership of site operations and play a key role in project delivery.
Manage day-to-day activity on site from start through to completion
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
Keep projects on track with programme and budget targets
Drive health & safety standards and lead by example on site
Carry out regular quality checks and resolve issues quickly
Run site meetings and keep stakeholders updated
Track progress and report into senior management
Support commissioning and handover phases
The Person
This role will suit an experienced Site Manager, or someone stepping up from a strong engineering or supervisory background.
Background as a Site Manager, Project Engineer, Site Engineer or Foreperson
Experience in construction, ideally with exposure to energy or infrastructure projects
Will also consider candidates from backgrounds in Electrical, Mechanical and general building
Strong understanding of health & safety on busy sites
Confident leading teams and managing subcontractors
Good communication skills and comfortable dealing with stakeholders
Able to read drawings and manage site delivery
