Support onboarding activities for new employees, including induction coordination and preparation of new starter documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, absences, and other HR documentation
Carry out a wide range of HR administrative duties, including report preparation, form completion, leave administration, filing, and health insurance-related tasks
Manage and distribute the company newsletter and internal HR communications.
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by your manager
What Skills You Need
3 years’ experience in a fast-paced administration role
Bachelor’s degree in business or similar related discipline would be an advantage
Excellent timekeeping and organizational skills
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Teamwork engagement while also working on your initiative
Multitask and prioritise workload
Knowledge of and understanding of Irish HR laws, processes and procedures relating to staff, employee relations etc.
