Opportunity for a Building Services Manager to join our Data Centre team in Dublin.
John Sisk & Son are looking for a Building Services Manager to support the M&E delivery on a Data Centre project.

Responsibilities
* Promote the application of the Building Services Department Management Systems and Procedures, providing technical support, guidance, and direction in the overall delivery of projects.
* Support the Building Services “Value Proposition” and its alignment with the Business Units and Company’s Vision, Values, and Ambition Objectives.
* Support the delivery of the Building Services Strategy Plan and objectives.
* Support the tender and award of MEP packages in accordance with the required Project Pre-Construction and procurement strategy and objectives.
* Ensure Temporary Electrical requirements for projects, including load and energy assessments, align with the Management System Guidelines.
* Take responsibility for MEP integration and project delivery as part of the overall project team.
* Manage MEP elements on contracts in accordance with Building Services Management Procedures, Guidance documentation, and Project Execution Plans (PEP).
* Ensure finalization of Building Services Installation and Commissioning programmes are aligned and integrated with the main Construction Programme.
* Engage with utility companies from the outset to ensure infrastructural and interface requirements are understood, communicated, and adhered to.
* Coordinate with MEP contractors to provide approved builders' works drawings for construction meeting programme requirements.
* Track equipment & plant from submittal approvals through to installation and commissioning.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience managing large-scale and complex MEP-related projects.
* Good understanding of the MEP supply chain market and dynamics.
* Operational involvement in all project phases: estimating, pre-construction, installation, commissioning, and handover.
* Demonstrate technical, interpersonal, and commercial skills for delivering multiple MEP projects.
* Mechanical or Electrical academic/technical qualification.
* Membership of professional institutions such as CIBSE, CIOB, IEI, or equivalent.
* IOSH or equivalent certification.
