We are seeking a seasoned Senior Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. As a key member of our EMEA & ANZ legal department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our commercial operations across Northern and Eastern Europe.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents including supply contracts, sales contracts, distribution agreements, OEM agreements and General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchases.
