They're committed to doing things the right way by bringing innovation, sustainability, and genuine pride in their work to every project.They're now looking for an experiencedProject Managerto join their team and take the lead on coordinating and managing on-site construction activities.What the Role InvolvesReviewing project plans and creating a clear, detailed baseline programme using Microsoft ProjectTracking progress and keeping the client updated throughout the projectIdentifying delays and critical-path issues, and negotiating extensions of time when neededMonitoring costs, spotting areas where budgets might slip, and helping shape solutionsFlagging and negotiating project variations with the clientManaging contract documentation and making sure all required notices are issued on timeLine managing the Site Agent, Project Engineer, and QS, and overseeing all site staff through the Site AgentReviewing and approving monthly progress claimsSigning off on RAMS and other key H&S documentation before works beginCarrying out regular safety and quality auditsAddressing any design issues and working with the client to resolve themWhat They're Looking ForSolid experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering or constructionBackground in utilities or experience working within the road corridor is a big bonusStrong computer skills, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and ProjectFull driver's licenceCivil engineering background preferredIf you're a Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and leading teams on meaningful infrastructure projects, this could be a great fit.
