Engineering Manager - .Net/Python/Azure
Location: Dublin City Centre (4 days onsite)
Salary: €110–120k (Negotiable) base + Bonus + LTI + Excellent Pension + Health
About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead technology initiatives on the investment side of the business for our client. This is a leadership role where you will build and scale cloud capabilities, guide a team of engineers, and partner with investment stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team working on investment platforms.
* Shape and deliver the technical roadmap for Aladdin and related investment systems.
* Partner closely with investment professionals and technology leaders to align solutions with business strategy.
* Provide oversight on architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability and innovation.
* Support cloud transformation initiatives, helping build Azure-based investment platforms.
Skills & Experience
* Proven leadership experience as an Engineering Manager in financial or investment systems.
* Experience working with investment platforms (ideally Aladdin).
* Technical background in .NET and/or Python, with strong knowledge of Azure cloud.
* Ability to guide technical direction without being hands-on daily.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
