SES Water Management specialises in water conservation, providing essential services in a safe, efficient and reliable manner.
We provide leak detection, pipeline testing, sterilisation, welding & fire hydrant testing and other services in the water industry in a variety of sectors.
The company has grown exponentially over the last 10 years and due to this continued expansion and growth, we are now seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join the team and lead on the sales strategy and delivery thereof across Ireland and further afield in the longer-term future.
Essentially the Sales Manager career will continue to grow and develop as the business scales and grows further.
Sales Manager
Job Purpose
• Generate sales and leads growing the business Ireland wide, creating a Business Development and Strategic Growth Plan
• Delivering Sales and Business Development for existing and new Clients
• Establishing robust business and sales development, sales processes and sales leads for the business
• Source & respond to Tender Bids, Contracts Public & Private, Ireland wide
• Developing an understanding of the business and its current and prospective products and services
• Maintaining and building relationships further with existing client base leading to increased business. Using these case studies to develop and promote new sales leads
• Researching organisations and individuals to identify potential new domestic and international customers.
• Developing and delivering sales presentations or meetings.Attendance at conferences, buyer events, sales conventions, etc.
• Complying with all internal and external processes and quality systems relevant to the role.
Qualifications and desirable criteria
• Experience in Construction or Engineering or water treatment services essential.
• Experienced professional and expertise of min 5 years Sales, Business Development and Client
engagement with STRONG relevancy in sales as mentioned in construction/engineering/water treatment services
• Experienced professional with strong communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Independent, self-driven motivated and accountable
• Sourcing and responding to Public Tender Bids and Private Contracts
Special factors
• Targets Negotiable with MD
• Flexibility on working from home if required
• Salary plus commission OTE €65-75k
