We have grown significantly in recent years and have an ambitious development plan for the next 5 years.We have a position for a Sales Executive to add to our team. The role is responsible for driving revenue by identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.Building technical knowledge and understanding of customer testing requirementsIdentifying potential customers and developing strategies to generate leads.Reach customers through various channels including cold calling and email campaignsArranging meetings with and making outbound calls to new customersResponding to sales inquiries from website lead generation formsBuilding relationships with customers to encourage repeat businessGenerating new business in both Irish and overseas marketsIssuing quotations for new businessFollow up and track progress on previous quotesFeedback requests from customers for new services to Business Development ManagerTracking sales performance, preparing reports, and forecasting future sales.Handover new business to Customer Service teamMeet or exceed individual and sales team targets.Attendance at trade events and industry seminarsMaintaining accurate recordsEnsuring customers get what they want on time.Liaise with CustomerServices on a regular basis.Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or marketing2/3 years’ experience in a similar role.Proven ability to identify customer needs and present solutions.Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.Strong numerical skills.Good interpersonal skillsFluent in English both written and spoken.A good team player and works well in a team environment.Highly organised, with good time management skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationshipsGood negotiating and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and demonstrate initiativeAbility to adapt and be resilient.Full clean driving licenseAppointment to this role is subject to the candidate’s eligibility to work in IrelandA competitive package is offered with this position
