Social Care Worker
to join our Client's children's residential service in
Emyvale, Monaghan
.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people by providing high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children in care.
Support the social, emotional, and developmental needs of children.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the team and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
Promote the rights and wellbeing of children at all times.
Requirements:
Full Manual Driving Licence (essential).
Eligible to register with
CORU
.
Previous experience in a social care or children's residential setting is desirable.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamworking skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Salary:
€37,440 – €41,184 per year, depending on experience.
