Staff Nurse Role
Permanent Part-time Role, 28.75 hours per week, 5.75 hours a day (start time 08.55am - end time 2.40pm) School hours, School Calendar
This role is aligned to the primary school calendar with an additional 10 days in July
This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated nurse to join our team in the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people. We are seeking an individual who demonstrates a desire to deliver a positive experience to our clients and their families with an ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
The successful candidate will have the following
essential
requirements:
* Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland, in General and or in Children's Division
* At least 3 years post qualification nursing experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Flexibility, teamwork skills and ability to work alone and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Desirable
requirements:
* Experience working with children
* Experience working in the disability sector
* Evidence of service developments and improvement in clinical practice
* Full drivers license and access to own car
It must be clearly demonstrated in your CV and supporting statement how you meet the required skills, competencies and knowledge for the post. Department of Health Salary applies Staff Nurse grade code 2135 (€37,288-€55,477).
