We are looking for a customer-focused person to join our security team in Dublin 15. You will work on our premium client site guided by onsite leadership.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
* A passion for customer service.
* An eye for detail and notice when something isn't as it should be.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
* The willingness to learn and follow procedures.
* Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and listening.
About The Role
As a Corporate Security Officer, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors and employees, monitoring access controls, creating and allocating access badges, and more.
The shifts are 12 hours, across 7 days: 3 days one week and 4 shifts the next week (average 42 hours per week).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Welcoming and greeting all visitors and employees.
* Ensuring visitors are welcomed, assisted, and directed to their host according to procedures.
* Creating and allocating access badges.
* Being a first point of contact, knowledgeable about the building and locality, and able to assist with queries.
* Accurately recording relevant information for reports.
* Reporting unusual circumstances and responding as necessary.
* Identifying and acting upon suspicious or criminal activity until emergency services arrive.
* Escalating issues to the Security Supervisor.
* Communicating operational issues immediately in line with procedures.
* Learning and following all client and provincial procedures.
* Participating in fire drills, maintaining safety systems, and updating procedures as needed.
* Engaging in all required training.
