Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Bartender to lead and motivate our bar team. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service, training and mentoring junior bartenders, and ensuring smooth daily operations. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a knack for creating a great customer experience, we want to hear from you
Duties
* Train and mentor junior bartenders.
* Maintain high service standards and smooth bar operations.
Experience
* Proven experience as a bartender/supervisor.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Passion for customer service and team development.
* Full-time availability, including weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €14.00-€15.00 per hour
