The Landscape Operative will work as part of a site team delivering garden construction projects. This role involves both hard and soft landscaping tasks and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.Key Responsibilities:Assisting with garden construction projects from start to finish- Hard landscaping works including:Paving, decking, and pathwaysGroundworks and site preparationFencing, screening, and garden structuresSoft landscaping works including:Planting trees, shrubs, and lawnsSoil preparation and mulchingSafe use of hand tools and power toolsLoading and unloading materials and equipmentMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised worksiteFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesWorking effectively as part of a team and taking instruction from supervisors.RequirementsPrevious experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor work (preferred but not essential)Good physical fitness and willingness to carry out manual workAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsReliable, punctual, and hardworkingAbility to work well in a teamGood attention to detailFull driving licence (preferred but not essential)Manual Handling and Safe Pass / CSCS card (advantageous)Job Type: Full-timePay: From €14.15 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
