Parts Advisor
Position at Audi Centre Dublin, part of Lookers Motor Group Limited. Permanent, full-time.
Salary: 34,000-36,000 euro (dependent on brand experience) plus bonus.
Hours: 42 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, Saturdays 8am-12pm on a rota basis).
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our friendly and professional team. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, efficient order processing, and accurate administration.
Responsibilities
Assist the Parts Manager with daily duties
Complete vehicle health checks for workshop
Ensure all items are correctly located and maintain stock control
Receive orders and update returns
Answer customer calls
Provide excellent customer care
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, practical knowledge of computer systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
