This role is designed for someone new to recruitment, or coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, or talent acquisition, who wants to build a long‑term, professional career in commercial recruitment with the right training and support. Location & working pattern Dublin 1 (office‑based) Hybrid: 1 day per week post‑probation (option) What you'll learn and do Source and engage candidates for permanent roles Screen, interview and shortlist candidates professionally Learn how to manage client relationships and recruitment processes Work with experienced recruiters who coach and support you Build strong organisation, communication and commercial skills Roles you'll recruit for (permanent) Social care professionals, nurses, social workers, healthcare managers, chefs, catering officers and catering supervisors. What we're looking for Strong communication and people skills A genuine interest in people, careers and business Resilience, organisation and willingness to learn
