Microsoft 365 Change & Adoption Specialist:
Your role
As a Microsoft 365 Change & Adoption Specialist, your primary mission is to support employees in effectively adopting Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.), helping them build digital competencies and fostering a collaborative, agile digital culture.
Your challenges will include:
Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, webinars, and 1:1 or group coaching on Microsoft 365 tools.
Organize and facilitate digital clinics (drop-in sessions) to address specific questions and use cases.
Create clear and accessible learning materials (guides, videos, tutorials) tailored to different levels of digital maturity.
Identify barriers to adoption and propose targeted corrective actions.
Collaborate with IT, HR, and business teams to integrate Microsoft 365 tools into daily workflows and processes.
Monitor adoption KPIs and provide regular reports on the effectiveness and impact of initiatives.
Act as a change ambassador, promoting values of collaboration, agility, and innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive); knowledge of Viva and Dynamics is a plus.
8+ years of experience in roles related to digital transformation, training, user adoption, or change management.
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Planner, and Forms.
Excellent training, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Sound knowledge of change management principles (e.g., ADKAR model).
