About the Role:
* Support our senior administrator by providing a helpful, friendly and professional in-person service to customers at various branch locations.
* Accurately process customer cash transactions, including processing share, loan, and current accounts, and finalize daily cash reconciliations.
* Assist customers with queries and problem-solving in-person, via phone or email, covering all aspects of our services.
* Provide access to online, mobile app, and electronic services for customers and non-customers alike.
* Process incoming and outgoing payments and transfers.
* Ensure compliance with documented policies and procedures, particularly in areas such as anti-money laundering and data protection.
* Perform other general office administrative tasks as outlined by the senior administrator.
Requirements:
* A minimum education standard of Leaving Certificate and hold the necessary Minimum Competency Standards required by the relevant regulatory body or undertake to complete and subsequently maintain these standards within an agreed timeframe.
* Experience working in a similar role in a credit union or other financial institution would be desirable.
* Excellent standards of customer service and communication, coupled with empathetic dealing with customer needs.
* Excellent IT and administration skills.
* A full clean driving license.
