Sales Insurance Advisor Role
About This Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Insurance Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for obtaining sales within the personal lines and commercial side of the business.
1. Achieve targets by prospecting and up selling our range products while setting up new client accounts.
2. Deal with customer queries and referring unresolved or technical queries to the relevant department.
3. Complete relevant industry qualifications and professional development hours as necessary.
4. Be flexible and participate in various office tasks such as renewal follow-ups and revisions identifying sales opportunities cover/rate improvements etc..
The ideal candidate will have APA or CIP qualified CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements strong communication skills passion/drive to work within the insurance industry.
The successful applicant must possess excellent customer service skills along with experience working within an administrative environment assisting clients efficiently solving complex problems timely manner delivering highest level quality results maintaining confidentiality high standard professionalism throughout your daily interactions.
