The Cahernane Hotel, Mucross Road, Killarney is a four star boutique 46 bedroom hotel just outside Killarney Town.
We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join the team.
Salary from €19 per hour, Full time.
Eligible candidates must have:
* Experience in Pastry
* Accommodation within commuting distance
* Eligible to work in Ireland
* Good level of English
* Ability to work with a small team
* Have excellent attention to detail
About The Role
Responsibilities will include :
* Dessert and pastry preparation
* Service and presentation of all pastries
* Creativity and menu design
* Working in an organised, hygienic manner at all times ensuring the HACCP regulations are adhered to
* Responsible for stock control within the pastry section
* Assisting in other areas of the Kitchen as and when required.
* Ensuring all special requests made by guests are met
Required Criteria
* HACCP or Food Hygiene training and experience
* Previos pastry Chef experience for at least 2 years
