We are seeking an Engineering/Client Management Support Professional to manage the entire client enquiry process, focusing on the pharmaceutical sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be the technical and commercial bridge between clients and our specialised products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound technical queries from major pharmaceutical clients
* Assist clients in selecting equipment such as pumps, valves, and stainless steel pipework by leveraging technical knowledge
* Manage daily administrative tasks including costing, scheduling, pricing, and RFQ handling
Requirements:
* Desirable engineering qualification: Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering
* Solid understanding of the mechanics of equipment
* Exceptional communication skills
* Ability to build rapport and provide clear, effective support
* Self-starter, proactive, and organised
