Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is recruiting for aSMB Marketing Coordinatorto join their business inIreland.Position Title:SMB Marketing CoordinatorPosition Type:FTE, 11 monthsStart Date:January 2026Location:Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid 4 days onsite, 1 remote - moving to 5 days onsite in September)Contact:Stephen Price| Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is recruiting for an SMB Marketing Coordinator to support new business growth and customer advocacy initiatives across EMEA.This role sits within a fast-paced marketing environment and focuses on creating high-impact content that helps small and medium-sized businesses understand, adopt, and succeed with advertising products.Responsibilities:Own and execute content strategies that support SMB advertiser acquisition, adoption, and advocacy across priority EMEA marketsDevelop and maintain a wide range of marketing and sales enablement assets, including:Email campaigns and nurture sequencesCase studies and customer success storiesSales decks, one-pagers, playbooks, and toolkitsTranslate complex advertising and product concepts into clear, actionable messaging for SMB audiencesManage customer advocacy projects end-to-end, including story development and coordination with internal stakeholders and approval workflowsManage external vendors, agencies, or freelance partners to deliver high-quality creative assets on time and to briefAnalyse performance metrics and insights to continuously optimise content effectivenessCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and external partners, to deliver projects on time and to a high standardOperate independently in an evolving environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlinesRequired skills/qualifications:4+ years' experience in B2B, SMB, content marketing, or product marketing, ideally within digital advertising, SaaS, or technology-driven environmentsStrong experience producing content that supports new business acquisition, product adoption, or customer engagementExcellent written communication and storytelling skills in EnglishProven ability to create sales enablement materials for self-serve or performance-based advertising productsExperience using data, insights, and performance metrics to inform content decisionsStrong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersPreferred skills/qualifications:Experience working with digital advertising platforms or performance marketing productsExposure to multi-market or EMEA-focused marketing initiativesAdditional European language capabilities
